Personal profile:

Xiaoqi Tao, male, PhD, professor, master's supervisor, College of Food Science, Southwest University.

He is mainly engaged in research on animal food safety, rapid drug residue detection technology and processing of livestock products. In the past five years, he has been in charge of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and the Chongqing Basic Research and Frontier Exploration Project, etc. He has published in Biosensors and Bioelectronics, Journal of Hazardous Materials, Analytical Chemistry He has published more than 30 articles in international SCI journals such as Biosensors and Bioelectronics, Journal of Hazardous Materials, Analytical Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Microchimica Acta, Chinese Chemical Letters and Food Analytical Methods as the first or corresponding author, and one ESI highly cited paper. He is currently supervising 10 MSc students and has graduated 14 of them.
